Hatha Fusion is an active strength-building yoga designed to prepare the mind and body to facilitate active shifts in energy.
Each of the nine sets follow a defined structure of 30-minute Pranayama practice which prepares the energy body for 25 minutes of warm up exercises. This, in turn, generates heat assisting in posture and flexibility to then move into 15 minutes of flowing vinyasa yoga sequences with variations. Classes then slow down with balance and holding postures before deep relaxation.
